Time to fish

Sorry about the two month hiatus. Not much was going on and all the water around here was flooded, not to mention the summer heat. We're back.
Well, I think summer is about to come to an end. Although it is still fairly warm during the day the night time temps are beginning to fall. I actually started gathering all of my gear and getting it ready to go fishing. Sunday morning I sat in front of the TV and attempted to clean some of my reels. It was the first time I had worked up the nerve to open up one of my Abu Garcias so I didn't get far. I thought, Oh it isn't dirty at all, gave it a couple shots of oil and closed it back up. Anyway, it must be two months since I last went fishing and I think I'm ready. I almost ran down to the creek to put a bait trap in. Maybe tomorrow or the next day. The rivers have dropped quite a bit and a few guys have been catching some catfish. Recently I have been catching some green sunfish from Pond X and transfering them to Pond Y. You can never have enough bait holes.
