Vacation day 6

I'm not even going to lie. I didn't put a line in the water today. I did manage to get another anchor to replace the one I lost yesterday. My older brother Carl had an anchor made that should work well in the rocky area that claimed my anchor yesterday. I also bought another anchor that I'm hoping will work in the sand and mud areas.

I made my daily trip to the river to see what is going on. The river is at a level that has been productive in the past but is extremely muddy. Quite a few channel cats being caught on stink bait. Some guys came in from running bank poles and they had several flatheads including one nice one that was probably in the upper 20's.
